Make mini veggies big

Greenco is campaigning in 2015 to make mini-vegetables big. In the Netherlands everyone is advised to eat 250 grams of vegetables daily. Only 5% of adults do this, the average is 131 grams. Only 1% of children between the ages of 7 and 18 years eat this recommended amount of vegetables (average of 77 grams per day). About 80% of the Dutch eat vegetables only at dinner time. Because snack vegetables can be eaten anywhere and anytime, they are the solution for the Dutch to get their required daily vegetable consumption. One handful of snack vegetables is already half of the daily required vegetable consumption. If we add these to our daily diet, we will make a big difference.

With the campaign to make mini vegetables big, Greenco shows the Netherlands the many benefits of snack vegetables aiming to structurally contribute to a healthier country. The essence of the campaign is to make being healthy, easy and fun. This is done by Tommies, the brand that means happy vitamins every day.
